Not an amazing spread of food but the quality of the food was quite good. The smoked salmon specifically was really good.

Clean, good location. Good quality towels, linen & soaps. Missed happy hour yet two glasses of wine supplied to room by the one pro active staff member we came across. Appreciated.

I booked this room for my elderly parents from Japan. They loved the ambiance of the hotel -- the vibe was like an old fashioned glamour, and the room was comfortable. The staff was attentive and kind to my paretns.

The size of our room was very comfortable for my family of 4. The beds were super comfortable. The staff was very friendly, courteous, prompt and hard-working. The hotel is centrally located which was very convenient.

    Suite style room which means living room is separate from the bedrooms. Only one of our bedrooms had a door which was a dissapointment but still worked for our family. The bedrooms were extremely large in size. The wet bar had plenty of amenities for our stay such as a sink, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Great location, in walking distance of great restaurants and close drive to the Oracle Park. I like that the parking garage is gated.

    It was an easy walk to Oracle Park. The appearance of the hotel and room reminded us of a hotel in Tokyo. The room amenities were very nice and they gave us a bottle of water.

    Location was decent, walkable to Union Square, Oracle Park, Fisherman's Wharf. Room was nice and it was clean and housekeeping was in everyday to make beds etc. Hotel has a fun eclectic vibe. Price was pretty good.

    We liked Jaspers restaurant in the hotel for breakfast and lunch. The hotel was in a convenient spot to uber to Oracle Park and Pier 39. It had an old historic feel to it in the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful for an early check in

    We LOVE the Via!! It’s our go to every time we go to watch our SF Giants! Always clean! Always fun at the rooftop bar! 🙌🏼 great vibes! Great view from hotel. Always very clean and staff including wonderful housekeeping staff are very nice. Love the valet staff too! Hotel is steps from Oracle park. Best place to stay and you get great service! 5 stars!

    Close to Chase Center and Oracle Park. Walking distance for good restaurants and bowling alley and bar across the street. Every single staff member we dealt with was amazing, friendly, very professional, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property and would come and stay if I have another event in San Francisco.

    The best part about this hotel is the location. It is within walking distance to Oracle Park and Chase center. There is plenty of parking with a parking garage across the street. The hotel is clean and updated.
